Overview
The CS Pola 600 is a polarised digital chart system for optometry and ophthalmic practices. Its large 24-inch LCD screen fits any refraction room and shows more than 100 general and specialised charts, including polarised binocular vision tests. It works from 1.5 m, includes reversible tests for mirrored rooms and randomises optotypes. You can run it from its own remote control or directly from the APH 550 automated phoropter to build a fully automated refraction chain.
A wide range of tests
- Visual acuity: Landolt C, numbers, letters including ETDRS, Snellen and pictograms for children.
- Binocular and special tests: binocular balance, fusion, aniseikonia, stereopsis, phoria, Worth, fixation point, cross-grid and Amsler grid.
- Colour vision: Ishihara test and duochrome balance.
- Real-life checks: customisable slideshows let patients judge a new prescription on everyday images.
Random optotypes stop patients memorising the chart, and reversible tests suit mirrored rooms.
Display and connectivity
The 24-inch screen has a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a chart window of 299 x 531 mm and a maximum luminance of 250 cd/m². The wide viewing angle keeps charts clear and free of distortion. Operate the CS Pola 600 with its remote control, directly from the APH 550 automatic phoropter console, or from a computer through the APH 550 computer control system. The screen, remote control and wall bracket are included; a desktop stand, floor stand, red/green glasses and polarising glasses are optional.
